·               Responsible for the successful deployment, management and implementation of microgrid software (MPMS) projects throughout the company including government, commercial and academic clients.

·               Master Scheduler for Raytheon hardware development program managing a 4000+ line project schedule including: critical path time lines, mile stone objectives, baseline management and EVM.

·               Work with a cross-functional team and client staff in establishing and documenting scheduling processes and procedures.

·               Developed a Resource Planning Matrix which consolidates data from all ongoing and proposed contracts to determine current and future resources needs.  This includes both human resource allocation and equipment.
